Im having the DMF/clutch issue that has plagued many on here, due to limited funds I have to take the budget route to fix it.

Eurocarparts have a clutch + flywheel kit, but as far as I can make out this is not for the 130bhp/ASZ variant, so the only option appears to be a seperate clutch kit and flywheel.

Can someone verifiy the parts below are the correct parts and is there anything else I would be as well ordering (slave cylinder etc.)?

    336440340 DUAL MASS FLYWHEEL GOLF 1.9TDI VW GOLF MKIV 1.9TDI 05/00- £179.95

    641441610 CLUTCH KIT GOLF 4 BORA A3 SHARAN £114.95

    Total: £346.51

Are these prices for new or reconditioned parts? whats with the *** SURCHARGE *** option below both ? am I required to send back my old parts?

An arm and an leg. Get the LUK new clutch kit and LUK flywheel from ECP. They are new and not remanufactured and there is no surcharge. If you planning to drive the car hard, then get a Sachs uprated clutch. Those are some of the best money can buy and they are OEM suppliers.
