    Default Rear Wiper Problem – 22-12-2008,09:07 AM
    Hi,
    I have a problem with my A4 Avant in that the rear (tailgate) wiper is permanently on and I can find no way to stop it. The switch on the steering column appears ok (I can hear it click). Any ideas of cause and how to solve?

    Hi there-

    You would be best to post this in the Audi section related to the year of your car. You will get more replies. I only stumbled on your question by chance as I was browsing...

    As to your problem, I also have an A4 Avant, but never had this problem. Might be a relay, or a stuck switch. Hope you get it sorted.

    if its ******* you off that much then just pull the fuse out and keep it handy incase it does rain, and its more than likely a stuck relay, if you can locate it take it off and give it a gentle tap,
