Far Cry 2 is a good game, but not perfect. There's a bit too much driving / travel between missions (which are widely spread out) and it can get annoying getting attacked at every bridge and cross road. Once you get used to this and get the better weapons it becomes a better game.

Well COD5 is non stop action and looks good. Bought it at release, played it a few hours since, and to be honest am bored.

It's the first FPS genre i've played for a couple of years, as have been an avid MMO player. Trouble with COD5 for me is the lack of playing against real intelligence, so it all becomes mindless and predictable.

all recent cod games are just a front for the online play, which of course every man and his dog cheats at using a lag box, so i steer cear of fps games for this reason, by the time you've seen them they've had time to aim and fire at you, one way of telling this on the ps3 is to see signal strength of other players, if you are all on one dot of signal and someone is on full, they are cheating.

I've just sold my copy of COD4 on eBay for £20, I'd played it to death. I'm waiting for COD5 to drop in price before I buy it. In the meantime, Fallout 3 is keeping me occupied.

I've got the newest one on the Wii, I think its only the second one out on it. But the online gameplay is great, it doesn't seem to be affected by players using lag boxes. I know the graphics aren't as good as the xbox but who cares, thats not what the wii's about.

The Wii zapper comes in pretty handy aswell for aiming and the like.
