Er not really. I'm part of the Wrigley mountain bike club (even though I dont work for Wrigley!) and go out with them pretty much every sunday morning.
Other than that I just go out with a few mates.

I ride with YOGI. They do a good XC ride on a tuesday evening - check out the website. I've been mainly road riding through the summer this year, with the occasional xc ride. I tend to take Sunday's off, however am contemplating a trip to Afan this Sunday.

Yeah, I know a couple people who've been out with the YOGI lot, reckon you're all far too fit for me!
I'm not onto road riding at all! I did own a Specialized Langster for commuting for a while but Yealmpton to Estover on a single speed just wasn't a good idea!

Sunday mornings for me is normally relaxed XC route, we take it easy on the climbs n then me n a couple other hammer the downhills while the rest continue to take it easy! We do have all abilities out with us, from novices to stupidly fit guys.
If I'm out with my mates its normally playing in the DH trails like Gawton and Cann.

Yeah, I've been to Afan a few times, bloody good riding up there hey?!
Ever done Cwm Carn? the freeride and DH is awesome and the XC loop aint bad either.

If you ever fancy a ride sunday morning's just PM your number, we have a habit of organising the ride saturday afternoon...!
We usually meet aroudn 08:00 somewhere on the moor.

If you dont go to Afan this sunday there's a DH race on at Gawton, I'm marshalling and a mate's racing. It's on the least technical but hugely fast track so should be a good show to watch.
