Tis the season....

........that my HIDS come in to their own on these dark country roads on my way to and from work.

I had forgotten just how good they are.

I am also in the mind to keep my finger hovering around the main beam flash function, as 3 times this evening, oncoming cars decided to alert me that my main beam was on. It wasn't, with these HIDS, i don't use main beam.
I am so alert to this possibility and in response i proved to them in no uncertain terms that is was not. 3 cars flashed me, 3 cars were flashed back. i like to flash back to them as a sort of two fingered salute.

It seems amasing to me that so many people have still not discovered these new fangled (out for about ten years now) HID headlights and persistantly flash them, I get it all the time driving the S3. Come on morons live in the now!
