    Food.

Any tips, reviews, recommendations or perish the thought, how to even cook it yourself.

    Being the antithisis of sophistication I'll start by reviewing the Macdonalds M Burger;

Expensive at £3.50, poncy lettuice [spelling], nice cheese, big burger with poncy but nice ciabatta [spelling again ?] bread.

Not worth it, Big Macs and the humble Hamburger are still the best they offer.

When I first read it, that's what I saw in a catch phrase kind of "say what you see" way.

Spagbol sauce has to simmer and reduce for hours to be top notch imho.

fry up some sliced mushrooms on fairly hot, and just as they are browning, wack in some sliced bacon and a proper generous splash of sherry or white wine and turn the heat down so its boiling slowly. stick some bread in the toaster. just as the liquid drys up in the frying pan take it off the heat ( the 'shrooms and the bacon should be cooked by now) add a spoonful of greek yogurt, stick on the now toasted bread.
    random dinner, DONE.
also do excellent 'cheesy beans on toast' if your interested, but think the name says it all....

    beans on toast............... no problem

i have no inspiration for food.

if i could get dinner in the form of a pill, complete with the taste, goodness and the 'full stomach' feeling, then i'd be i customer.

food is inconvenient. i only eat to stay alive.

something i like to cook is chicken wrapped in parma ham, stuffed with soft cheese and side of sweet potatos.

First i chop onions, mushrooms, and a clove of garlic and fry in butter.
While frying the onion mixture, peel some sweet potatos.

once cooked add onion mix to soft full fat cheese, such as phillidelphia,

Slice open chiken brests, add mixture inside, wrap breast in parma ham, and to baking tray with sweet potatos, cover tray with tin foil and cook.

People under-rate sweet potatos, but i think there lovely, make a nice change to normal potatos.

Oh and the juice thats left in the tray once cooked makes the best gravey stock..

I absolutely love food and cooking, I hate takeaways (although we invariably enjoy a Chinese every now and again).

My favorite meal of all time has to be the proper british Rump or Sirloin steak, medium/rare, with proper chunky chips, some garden peas, fresh steamed carrots and a bit of gravy or black pepper sauce.

    in fact, I'm salivating now.
