Hello, my first post here, i hope you can help.

I have recently got my first Audi, 2.0 20v Avant SE. Have done the cam belt, waterpump, disks, pads, service etc.
When i first got the car, the suspension felt like i was sailing a boat rather than driving, so i had a set of Eibach Pro springs fitted ( i previously fitted these to another car and was very happy ). It was soon apparent that the shocks would also need upgrading.
On my short list are Audi Sport shocks, Audi S-line shocks ( have test driven an S-line and i like the ride ) or go for a cheap adjustable coilover option - Vmaxx.
The appeal of coilovers is the height adjustable front end ( Eibachs have left a gap over the front tyre compared to the back )

    Oops posted too early !!!!

My question is - anybody out there with experience of similar upgrades ?

Are the V-maxx shocks as hard as the S-line, or comparable to the Sport ? Or are they too cheap to be worthwhile?

I know there are many better quality coilovers out there, but price is an issue.
