    hiya,looking top replace the original double din cd on my golf mk4.anyone got any good ones they could reccommend.also is the wiring quite straight forward.

    Personally, I'd buy a really nice Single DIN and get a good facia, the quality Facias when fitted correctly look factory, ie. the autoleads. If you want to spend the money head unit wise, buy a Becker they really are the Dog's Dangly Bits!

    Wiring should be plug and play.

    I had a single DIN screen in my Passat but changed it a few weeks ago for a double DIN and it looks so much better!

    I got the Alpine IVA-W200Ri (now discontinued)

    I'd go for either an Alpine or Pioneer... Kenwood are alright too but tend to break down a lot more!

    Oh and whatever you do DONT buy one of those un-branded ones off eBay they are a load of pants... They might look ok but you notice a differance in build quality when you get it home

    Hi there, i just got one of these of ebay and i just wanted to no is the installation quite straight forward for a golf mk4???
