    Cheers for the quick reply.

    My golf already does windows up when i hold the key in the door and some one said that can be extended to my remote by entering a code in the VAG-com, although i could be wrong.

    I only have a half vis display so sounds like the miles to empty may not be possible. Would def be interested in upgrading to a full viz cause i've heard of this before.

    Where abouts in Bucks? It's a big county. I work in High Wycombe, so I'd be happy to let you use mine during my lunch hour if you want to visit me. I'm no expert though, so it might be a case of muddling through it together.
