Audi a4 1.8t whine

please help I have this whine which sounds like metal to metal noise from the turbo area and lost most power only drive to 80mph. so i change the turbo still there had oil change as well and new o2 sensor. drives and power back now but when on load its there sounds like a high pitch whine when the car warms up also take it on a drive and the turbo glows red hot most of the time any help out there

Any whine from a turbo generally means there is a `leak` either on the intake or exhaust side.did you renew all gaskets etc?also are the boost hoses all in good order?remove to check as even a minute hole can create a loud nise,as it`ll open-up on boost.As for the turbo glowing red,sounds like its being worked!
