Ticking noise when I reverse

Can anyone help me to diagnose a ticking noise coming from the front of the car when I reverse, usually with full steering lock on. Thank you.

CV- joints....just reverse/take off a bit slowly and dont give it the beans with the wheels turned as it puts more stress on them !

totally agree with adam.
though i don't think you have grasped his advice.
if it's only in reverse,on full lock,take it easy when doing it.
i don't think,at this stage that their is anything to worry about,
as adam is trying to tell you.
if it rears its head when travelling forward,then yes, get it looked at.
but ,for now,as adam says,
take it easy in reverse( you must be almost doing handbrake turns)
don't think you need to worry about it just yet,save your money.
