    Default A4 Avant Tdi 130 – 06-02-2007,10:01 PM
    The tube on my rear wash wipe came off, spewing water in the inside of the boot door, i have since put it back on....

    but a day later the boot warning sensor comes on the display when the boot is shut, and when i lock the car with the remote fob the indicators dont flash (they do when i lock it)....

    is it obvious that the leak caused this?????

    Hi,

    I have water coming into the boot on my avant from the water pump. How do you get to the pump to check the pipes in the boot?

    yep, there are 4 star screws, 1 either side and 2 inside the triangle holder. then there are some metal clips inside, you basically have to pull quite hard on the casing to get it off
