Is it a 1.8t, they are well known for sludge build up in the sump around the pick up pipe. Get the sump off and clean it out quick or the engine will die!

You need to do it asap or the engine will be knackered.

Hey, I bought my anniversary 6mnths ago and had the oil pump blow on the way home, yeh get the sump off asap and change that oil and dont run the car to fast for a few miles as the pump will need a little time to clear properly. Not expensive to renew but pointless if yua can help prevent it!
