    Question Parking Sensor – 27-09-2008,03:59 PM
    i am fitting a set of parking sensor to my passat drilled bumper ok but how do I get the leads up through the floor pan and into the boot as I can not see any holes !!!!!

    PS its a W8 not sure if this makes a difference or not

    On the estate (mine a 3B6 385) there is a large rubber grommet on either side just at the side of the bumper wrap around, which you can pierce and re-seal with some silicone. Regards Richard

    Can not see any not sure if the estate & saloon are diffrent
    I could drill a small hole but if there is one already there I would rather use that one
