Audi Finance Staff Issues

Hi
This is my 1st time on this site,and i am looking for assistance in tracking down a name/ position of someone in Audi Finance at Milton Keynes to complain about their poor service and lack of response.

Even dealing with dealers is a waste of time -----as they seem to want to protect the faceless people that have no names at Audi Finance, and never return calls with the details.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What are you after the Finance as the Dealer network should be able to handle what you want?

But it does depend on what Centre you visit.

Already have a contract hire agreement in place on an A6 for the last 12 months---have been in contact with them at Milton Keynes, but they keep changing their minds about prices that they have quoted. You query it (as you would), then they ignore any correspondence that you send.

You never end up with a name that you are dealing with---so i want to take it to a higher level.

If you have any details of someone in charge ( that you dont want to show on this site)....perhaps you could send a private message.

Hi there

If you are wondering about a termination charge I know this has changed of the last couple of months due to the New A6 being released i.e. RV change

Sorry do not know anyone at Audi Finance - You should speak with your supply centre for help

No problem with the car --and would hope they are still doing a similar deal in 12 months when it reaches a time to go back----it's just a minor change to the contract that is proving difficult to sort out, for no good reason at their end.
