would i be causing any damage driving my car with the management light on? one of my friends is a vag mechanic so he is on the case to find out more info for me, do you know if there is a easy way around this problem? or is the best way to just get a re-circ valve? which will obviously make no noise? thanks for your help

if it ent broke, dont fix it, cliche i know but always true and always works! i would think the best thign to do, get the car back to using the parts it was using before you put that dump valve on it. if your mate is a VAG mechanic, heel be able to do this pretty easily, should be bolt on bolt off business.... same would apply to your other post abut this

in hiensight yeh i would have left it as standard, but too late for that now,so by the looks of things i am going to have to replace everything i took off and cut into and blank off to fit the bailey valve and replace the original dump valve with a forge one. oh well. does anyone know if i am going to cause my engine/turbo any harm by running my car for the next coupple of days until i can get this fixed?

i wouldnt have thought so.... would think the EMS light's on because the turbo isnt working in the recognised way without that recirc valve. might need a techies opinion on that one though!
