anyone changed their door mirrors?

As the title, just wondering if anyone has replaced the mirror in the door mirrors.

Got to change them on the weekend and wanted to be prepared.

Are they just stuck on with sticky things? All the info i could find was you just have to prise them off from the bottom or top,while the mirror is in the furthest up position. Not from the side.

I just want to know if i am going to have to get some replacement sticky pads etc ready for when i do it ( and possibly a new mirror aswell :P when it snaps after a fit of fury!)

Any help, tips info appreciated people.

Hi m8,

The glass is clipped on to the motor, the tabs don't usually break on the old glass if you do it carefully. The new ones will just push on and you will feel and hear that they are on properly. Push from the centre of the glass
