i`ve just changed one of my rear bushes on my tdi golf and i think it`s up side down now it`s on one end there is a angled rubber, i have the narrow piece at the top and the wide piece at the bottom is this correct.

Hi vwray, there's a little mark or arrow on the end of the bush, this has to line-up with the top flat pate where it meet the bush holder (the eye). always replace both sides. Good luck.
