    Hi
    I've just done something similar
    I have a 2006 Seat Alhambra 1.9 tdi (115 BHP)
I put 10 litres of unleaded into an almost empty tank before I realised my mistake.
I was 'advised' to fill the remainder of the tank with diesel to 'dilute' the unleaded and I should be ok.
I filled up with another 50 litres of diesel.
    Should I be worried?

Just done exactly the same, nearly empty tank, 12 litres petrol in before I realised!!

    How did you get on?

I then filled up 50 litres to get the tank full and carried on trucking for 150 miles. no dramas so far. Did you have any dramas when you did it? Cheers in advance.

Keep topping-up with diesel at every opportunity to minimise any pump damage.

Kept the car topped up with diesel for quite a while afterwards.
Back to old habilts now of only filling up when nearly empty.
No problems with the engine so far - fingers crossed
