    Hi everyone.
my grandsons W reg Polo is often difficult to start when hot,you have to wind away on the starter at full throttle for it to start as though it is flooded, plus it doesn`t idle very smoothly,I have had it checked out diagnosticaly, but nothing appears to be amiss, mixture & electrics all show O.K. anyone had similar problem? Brian.

    Hi Brian,

It is difficult to diagnose, but worth getting the measured value blocks checked for the coolant temp sender, might be under fuelling it, also check for any vacuum leaks or air leaks.

We can do this for you if you require, would be an 1hr diagnosis.

    Regards
