removing drivers door mirror, HELP!

i just got my car and they owner before me smacked the mirror, so i have bought a replacement. BUT i dont have a clue how to remove the old one, any help would be much appreciated

If it's just the mirror you want to replace, I think you undo a couple of screws on the underside of the mirror housing which then will release the outer shell. Not needed to do it yet myself, but that should get you started at least.

unfortunately not she pretty much wrecked the whole thing so its all gotta come off!

You'll find the fixings for the mirror when you take the door trim off. There will be a screw below the tweeter.
