    full pump or impeller ? as water pump is in a awkward position it i s easier to change the impeller as pump is fastened to block behind the alternator and aircon pump also need to know what engine code, then maybe i can help

    Firstly read the Haynes manual with caution - what they tell you is rubbish. Although the new pump will come complete with impeller unit & housing I suggest splitting it and changing the impeller unit only. This is relativly easy, but changing the housing, unless absolutly essential, is a major task. I reckon Haynes did the full job with the engine on the bench !! Complete water pump from Eurocarparts is only about £30
