    what parts would i need for this swap? as well as engine and gearbox? or could i just swap turbo and injectors?

    Engines are identical, the difference is the ecu, injectors and the turbocharger. Its easyer to sell your motor and buy a ready made one then start remmaping it as it will give you and extra 20 Bhp to play with...
