Ive found a passat tdi 52 plate Sport, in Inky Blue comes with cruise control and front fogs. The mileage is 144K with FSH the price £2995 ono.

Is it worth going for it?

Not surprised for that money.

I have been considering selling mine, but I'd want no less than £4k for it.

122k, FSH, Suede / Leather, recent cambelt/waterpump change, new shocks all round, new front discs / pads.

Nearly put it on last week but am very uncertain now as I don't know what would be a worthy replacement.

In my opinion, i think that passat tdi are over priced with high miles which i think it is not worth that much.

You were saying theres a passat on for sale £3400, is it still on for sale and whats the overall cond, service, miles, etc......

only seen it while waking past miles are less than 100k sticker in the window says fsh.

i don't think passats are over priced as such, after you drive a mondeo or vectra of similar age you can see the difference in built quality.

i think the fact that the country is on the brink or recession is not helping the mater, what ever car your selling.

interesting through passats are worth 3 times as much in poland as they are over here.
