    Default Cam Belt Replacement??? – 07-09-2008,05:48 PM
    My 1999 Audi A6 1.8T has had a new cam belt at 45k and im now on 106k, but 5 years on, is it due for renewal???

    I would change it and the water pump too
    A4 2.5 tdi QS (mapped)

    As Kite says.... 5 years and getting close to the mileage limit....not worth the risk

    Consider it done!!!! Only £52 for the kit from euro car parts!!! Had a water pump recently so may actually have been done, but i have no proof so may aswell get my hands dirty eh
