Seat Ibiza 1.9 tdi DAB

Missus has just ordered one of these. £9k for a pre registered 08 plate, with delivery miles.

Yes, there is a facelift model coming out, but for that price who can grumble? I think its a great deal.

1.9 tdi, with loads of FR bits and bobs added onto the existing 'sport' model - wheels, dash, suspension, seats, grille and a fancy digital radio. An alleged extra urban (most of her commute is motorway) MPG of 67 mpg!!! Even after taking into consideration the usual exaggerations, if she manages 60, its a damn good figure.

Had a look at other cars, but brand new there is nothing (that we could find) which can compete at that price in relation to power, spec and looks. Even went to look at Astra's and for a 57 plate 1.7 tdi with 15000 miles they wanted £10.5k!!!

Its replacing her 1.2 Clio so she is over the moon. Took one for a test drive myself and was really impressed. Very nippy and handles well.

Very nice indeed, and it is a bargain. Good to get rid of the clio for it. Although many people like the small 1.2 Clio's i am sure she will for in love with this in no time.
