I have a weird problem with my Golf Mk IV 1.6 FSI (BAD engine type)

In very hot weather conditions, when driving a lot in the city... all goes well until I make a stop. I leave my car in the parking lot for 10-15 minutes, I start the engine... and then the problem - the car won't accelerate and finally the engine dies. At this point I have to let it cool down about 15-20 min. and then all is ok...
I scanned the car with VAG-COM and I had an error:
17428 - Fuel Pressure Regulation Control Range Exceeded
    P1020 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
I went to a local Volkswagen dealer and they tested the fuel pressure valve and sensor and they said they are ok.
Also I have replaced the coils and still have the problem.
    Any idea anyone? Thanks.

The in tank pumps are becoming a regular problem on FSI models.
