    Hi,

I have a number electrical fault on my 1999 V reg 1.6 se.

Sometimes when i try to start the ignition, nothing happens and i have to try 2 or 3 times for the motor to start, occaisionally theres a grinding noise too.

Also, when i wind the windows up/down the ABS warning lamp flashes on the dashbord and i'm fairly sure that there's nothing wrong with the abs.

Has anybody else had similar experiences? Is it possible to do a DIY fix?
