    Anybody aware of any independent VAG specialists in the greater manchester area or, more particularly, Tameside?

    i actually live in glossop but i know there are none round here.

    I actually worked in glossop a few months ago, so i know this suggestion may seem a little wide of what you were asking, however, i can put you in touch with some EX VAG boys in Liverpool, who have been doing VAG's for 25 years plus.

    There is one in Bolton near Smithills, Dean Rd? I can't remember the name though.
    One German, Two Italian.
    It's a Mercedes Benzzzz though

    Thanks Guys.

    I will proabably get the first service done at the dealership to preserve the VAG Approved Warranty but will want to go independent after that.

    Ive mentioned them a few times before, but Tameside VW Audi are a great little garage.

    Nothing fancy to look at, but really know VW`s inside out and really keen prices.

    Nathan is the owner and dont let his oily appearance put you off!
