hi, i have a problem with my car its a 1.8t, engine code AUQ. when it starts from cold the tick-over starts at about 1200rpm and then drops down to 800ish, at this point the needle fluctuates up and down slightly and there is quite a loud flappy type noise (almost like the rotor noise of a helicopter). it seems worse if the climatronic is on. when i drive off it is then very unresponsive and jumpy. is it a simple cure or something far more sinister.
