Gamma radio code

I have a 2000 Golf GTI T and have recently trashed the radio ( spilt coke on it )

I bought a second hand Gamma radio to replace the old but the code doesnt work... anyone know how to either find or remove the code ?

Radio serial VWZ3Z3A7743093.

Any info greatly appreciated.
