    another new user...with another dumb question...how do i remove the rear bumper to my a6 avant '03...need to fit a towbar by Monday...no caravans allowed...

    see the how to guide section, the vag range is very similar in this dept. basically, remove rear light clusters, and undo the bolts the conceal, there will be torx screws along the bottom edge of the bumper as well as within each wheel arch. Be careful of the electrics for the numberplate light.
