I've jut taken delivery of an ex-demo 2.7 se which has done 4000 miles. I'm not sure what the leather is (its got the climate seats if that makes any difference) but it does look as if it is sagging for the amount of wear that its had. Wish I'd looked more closely when I picked it up.

I have done 1200 miles with milano leather on standard seats.

I have noticed that the sides (wings) are starting to crease already.

So considering that we are not 'wide' people we are not sitting on this part of the seat, they shoud not be taking much wear.

I presume 'sagging' is much more serious?

here is a link to the thread that kitoclick might have been referring to about A5 and leather seats sagging.

Some of the pictures look really quite concerning.

I think one of the posters in the other forum suggested that Audi uk are saying that more people complain the more chance of Audi Germany doing some sort of recall on the seats.

The padding under the leather seems too soft and the leather not taut enough.

I think I am going to hold off on my order until I see something solid from Audi about this.

So is the sagging (or as I would call it bagging) only on Valcona Leather or on the Milano as well?

If people could say which leather they have their issue with that would help indicate where the problem is.

So if both are having the issue then it is unlikely to be both types of leather that have the same fault?

More likely to be the seat padding beneath the leather itself rather than the leather covering?

If this is till happpening then Audi have not rectified the issue raised with the A5 which is doing the same.

Perhaps they do not even see it as a fault?

I wonder if they have actually replaced any seats/leather with regard to this.
