emissions workshop help!!!!

The missus has just let me know that the emissions workshop is flashing along with the orange light on her 04 bora 130tdi we have both had a search on the forums and there seems to be different reasons for this, would a vag com let me know what the cause is and if there is anyone in south wales who could do this. thanks

I also have the same problems and more as well read below

Have a 150 tdi 03 Bora and the emissions workshop comes on when started up and the yellow light as well, (it looks like a little engine) it is seriously underpowered when taking off in first and on low rev's but once the rev's are up on the car it takes off like a bullet, and also for some reason the manifold pressure sensor is belonging to 130 bhp car but it is a 150 bhp manifold pipe that is in the car and when I got a new manifold pressure sensor for the car it would not fit can anyone tell me why. (The manifold pipe for a 130bhp car is a lot shorter than the 150bhp so its not how a manifold pipe and sensor was taken out of a 130 and put in the 150) My mechanic is baffled any help would be great and dont think their is an air leak and the turbo seems to be fine and getting top speed no problem 130mph and mpg is between 45mpg to 50mpg
