Hi out there,i have an A4-1999 with a clapped out sony radio which does not fill the aperture .I am thinking of replacing it with either a concert or chorus radio but i seem to hear of a lot of problems with the volume contol? What model would you recommend or would you leave the audi range alone? thanks

I honestly don't know anything about the Audi range of stereo's, but from previous experience of OEM stereos & quality aftermarket stereo's (I've had a few Sony's that have pooped on original equipment) then I'd keep an open mind.
The best way to be sure is to listen before you buy. A decent ICE shop will have stuff set up to listen to, even Halfords have. I don't see why an Audi dealership wouldn't let you listen to one in a demonstrator if they're going to get a sale out of you if you want an Audi one.
