I am new to this forum and have spent many hours looking through all your informative posts .. thank you.
    I own a 2005 Golf 1.9 TDI se.
As a result of this forum I have bought the retro fit arm rest and cup holder from www.vagparts.co.uk and intend fitting them at the weekend.
However there are no instructions on how to fit the cup holder .. can anyone help me?
    Thanks once again.

I imagine it's similar to an arm rest install since they are in the same general area. There should be a few links to arm rest installation guides on this forum. Could be a good place to start.
