    Default AUDI A3 Tdi Advice – 15-07-2008,10:01 PM
    hiya chaps i'm new on here just joined. I have owned a golf VR6 before and was a lovely car so not a total stranger... currently got a weekend car as a Escort cosworth i am going to be looking at getting a A3 tdi run around, around 1999yr can anyone give me any advice on what to look for and that???

    Also can the newer tdi engines fit in etc as i really wan to buy this one to keep for a long while....

    Welcome to the forum. Buying an A3 has been asked on here before. There is something to watch out about with the gearbox, I seem to remember. You're best searching the forum for that, I'm sure someone more knowledgeable will be along shortly
