i agree that £35 is too cheap.

are you sure that not just for the lamps?

i have seen a kit on fleabay for £50, but personally would go with HIDs direct which are £90 delivered, guaranteed no warning lights.

    Hi -

I did mine just after Christmas, bought of Ebay all the way from HK - never had a problem and there brilliant, this was the post i gave the original URL https://www.vwaudiforum.co.uk/forum/s...t=22291&page=2 in but i cant seem to find the same shop - but after looking around here is another shop selling exactly the same kit as i have on my car, its really good quality - http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/HID-Xenon-Conv...3286.m14.l1308 but i havnt bought from them!

Its well worth doing as me and my partner can now see were we are going!!

Mate i wouldnt but them - you cant even see the goods, you be better of with these (only becuase i have fitted exactly the same things to mine), and even at that price you could afford to throw them away!

Pretty much all the aftermarkit HID sets are manufactured in China with different stamps on them, so differences in quality are minimal.

However, if you can choose I'd look at a set where the H7 HID bulb is changeable without changing the wires which is a problem with the cheaper sets. I'd also get a 4300K set as this is the color temp of the original xenons and won't look as "aftermarket" as say 6000K or 8000K.
