ABS light on no error code

Hello, guys. A question not exactly about vag-com, almost the opposite, ELM327, but it`s the closest topic. Have got a problem on audi a6 tdi 99 year, my abs warning light comes on occasionally. The software for ELM327 does not read directly the malfuction codes outside of ECM and TCM. But i know there are other ways to retrieve the DTC of all the other modules inside the vehicle using the OBD-II terminal. And the strings to type in the terminal vary from model to model. Does anybody know the commands for my car, please. There should be a database somewhere...
