When I pull up in my car I've started to feel a judder coming through the break and clutch pedals, I'm sure it's not the breaks and it only happens intermittently. Could it be the clutch going??

They are two seperate pedals. I think you have to carefully examine what is juddering and what isn't. It's pretty hard to think that you have a brake and clutch fault....

When were the front disks last changed and what do they look like?

Do you get the judder if you pull up with the engine off and coasting in neutral ?
Does it judder if you pull up with the clutch depressed or does it judder if you drive with low rev sand clutch still engaged. If the latter it might be the DMF failing to damp vibrations at low engine revs before you disengage the clutch.
