Has anybody received a car with Piano Black inlays yet? Ive only seen posts with pictures of the default silver inlay.

I would like to know if the area around the steering wheel, speedo and instruments is also black or is it just the door inlays and the bit over the glove box? thanks

I have piano black in my current B6, looks great. Have gone for the standard brushed aluminium with the B8 on order as the even if you order piano black, the trim aroung the gear gator and the main display screen is aluminum. I think it looks a bit cheap with both.

Thanks for the reply. I guess having Piano Black around the gearsteak/centre console and the dash might be a bit OTT. Still Im happy with what Ive chosen, I like the car to be black inside so this is the best I could do!

I know what you mean...my current piano black looks the biz.

If you are into black I'm sure it won't be long until there is an after market replacement for the alu dash trim. It 's the only thing I would want to change if I could, but no way round it just yet.
