Independent dealer rqd nr Stafford

Can anyone help. I'm looking for an independent capable of carrying out a quality service with good customer care in the Stafford/Stoke area on my 4motion Golf. I'm not looking for low cost just someone I can trust!
I've had two bad experiences with my two local dealerships and now want to use an independent.
Any advice please.

i know you said you dont like dealers but give Stafford Audi a go 01785 250444-they serviced my Polo GTI and where a damn sight better than the local VW boys.

Thanks for the suggestion, I assumed they would charge more & be less interested in a VW.
I'm not really against main dealers, I've just had two bad experiences with the 2 local ones. I've dealt with BMW main dealers for 22 years with virtually no problems, reading the various forums it appears that many of the main dealers don't seem to be as interested as they did some years ago.
