Wind deflectors and windscreen wipers...

Morning all.

My old man had wind deflectors on the windows of an Alfa he had and I really liked them - they worked well. Does anyone here use them? If so, where did you get them? How much were they? and do they fit well?

Also, I'm needing a new set of wiper blades - I've seen the new type on ebay - the one piece things - are these any good? If not then what would you reccomend? I want ones with spoilers so they wipe properly when up to speed on the motorway. The ones I have at the moment start to lift at around 65mph and don't wipe the screen properly - it's very annoying...

I converted over to the newer type, if I am honest, they are not as good as the best traditional metal frame ones, but I still prefer them. I have tried Valeo XTRM, Classic Fusion and Bosch Aerotwins and the Bosch Aeros are the best all rounder and the rubbers can be replaced for £4 with refills from VW.

for model number and prices. Wherever you get them from, make sure they're RHD ones, the spoiler is the other way for LHD and not obviously wrong on Aero blades. There are people buying them cheap in French Hypermarkets etc... selling LHD ones on ebay without realising it.
