Hi folks,
hope someone can help me out a bit! I bought my 2000 Passat TDI Sport in March and its been pretty good up to now.
When i start the engine up or it is sitting at idle there is a tapping sound coming from behind the glovebox.
I had read about the common fault on the recirculation motor before i bought the car and made sure it had been replaced in the service history.
Any advice on what this pain in the *** sound is?
If it is the recirculation motor where is it situated and how difficult is it to take the dash out on this model?
