    Hello,

Having recently hooked-up an iPod to my RNS-E sat-nav; my 6-disc multi-changer in the glove box is now redundant.

I wish to remove the multi-changer; is it possible to buy a blanking plate to cover the resulting hole?

Do cars supplied without a glove box multi-changer come with a blanking plate or is it just a perforated punch-out section?

    Thanks,
    Al.

    Hi,

Is your car definitely the B7 model? If it looks like the A4 in the photos below; then you have the B6 model and I think they have a different glove box compartment? I could be wrong - can somebody else confirm?

I used to have a A4 without the CD changer and this area was an empty space. My new A4 has the CD changer in this area. Why do you want to take it out anyway? What about if you want to sell it in the future?
