Hiya - I've tried the Maxi cosi seat but couldn't get it to fit flat against the seat back - I've emailed Maxi Cosi to ask them what seat they are using in the photo on their website - suspect it will be a "display purposes only" type reply.

Imacat - I'm well confused as to how your seat fits under the head rest in the back as all the reviews say it is really tall and some even talk about blocking view out of rear window.

I've tried Mothercare and Halfords and neither seem to stock the seat.
There also seem to be two very similar but slightly different ones.
Can you let me know which you have please - sorry to be a pain but worth getting it right
    The Concord Lift Evo PT

and the Concord Lift Protec (note - no mention of EVO)

    Thanks for your help

kgreene - it's the Concord Lift EVO PT and it doesn't fit under the car's headrest, it rests against it and does extend above it as you mention. However, the majority of the back of the EVO rests against the car's seat and therefore not all of the pressure is on the headrest, which is the problem with every other seat I've tried. As I had already tried it and was confident about it I bought mine online from Kiddicare.com.

    Thanks imaccat!
All clear now - will see if I can try one somewhere - if not will order from mothercare on web as you can take it to a shop in the box and fit it with them watching and if it doesn't fit they will refund at the shop.

    Thanks
    Ken
