RNS510 Satnav Will seat Version fit VW Golf MKV

Hi

I am under the impression that the RNS510 meant for a Seat Leon will fit a VW Golf MKV 100% fine and it is exactly the same unit with just two differences:

1) When you switch on it will display Seat logo
2) No SD Card reader on Seat Version

Is that right ?

Reason I ask is I have been offered a Seat version much cheaper than VW one so want to make sure it will fit and look fine.

I was asking the question on whether the Seat version will fit VW Golf MKV fine. Didn't think price was relevant to the topic.

Also I have not negotiated final price yet, thought I better check it fits before !

there is no reason why it shouldn't. The MFD2 was ok to be interchanged.
