Immobiliser problems with Audi a4 *SORTED*

Just thought I'd let anyone know who may be having problems with the car immobiliser not coming off when the doors are unlock and when starting the engine the car just cuts out.

The above can be intermittent but when it does happen requires the doors to be locked and unlocked whilst in the car until the engine will continue to run.

If anyone has had the problem I can offer advice on how to get it fixed and it shouldn’t cost more then an hours labour at any reputable garage.

Hi I have had similar problems and have just switched ignition on and off key out and in etc usually get it clear in a couple of minutes but was 20 mins recently advice welcome
