Help! Brake disc sizes on mk4 golf gt tdi 130

Hi, I've spoken to many people about this but i always get 2 anwsers -

280x22

or

288x25



its driving me mad , please can anyone tell me the correct size for my car.

& a decent web site where i can buy original vw parts , cant find 1 anywhere!

PD100 take 280's

PD130 take 288's

Also look at your calipers;

The following should be stamped on them in big letters.

FS3 = 280mm as fitted to the 100 and 115 PD's (maybe also the older 110's)

FN3 = 288mm as fitted to the 130 and 150 PD's

early models had the smaller 280mm that 2000 models and before
