    Default Lowering my tdi...how low is safe? – 07-05-2008,07:41 PM
    fancy getting some coilovers and booting it with 18" QS sytle audi TT rims but looking at how low the undertray is i don't seem to have much room to play with.

    the tray does seem a little loose and moves up slightly.

    is it worth taking it off to give more clearance, anyone else experienced the same thing?

    ive got 18" rs4s on mine and ive lowered it 35mm and it looks sh*t hot i think it would manage 40mm but you would be pushing your luck with speed bumps hope this helps

    got a vw bora tdi

    Should save a bit on fuel!?!?!?

    no i cant but my bora is the same colour lowered over ASAs which are similar and it looks wicked
